Refund & Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your print, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution. Email us at contact [at] digitalprintcollective [dot] com with the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos including print and packaging (if damaged)
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund.
We will replace or refund any print that is defective or damaged. We also offer a 14 day refund, excluding shipping costs, if you change your mind. The customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping.
If the wrong shipping address has been provided at checkout we will endeavor to redirect your order to the correct address at no additional cost. However, if the print has already been dispatched, any additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
We will replace or refund any digital print that is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return for any other reason, the digital file must not have been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital downloads, such goods cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
