GENERAL
Do you sell physical or digital prints?
We offer both. Our pieces are sold as posters that can be printed and delivered to your door, and as digital prints that you can download and print yourself. For more information, see below under Physical Prints and Digital Downloads.
How do I know if my order confirmed?
You will receive confirmation at the email address you entered during checkout. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.
What if I entered the wrong information?
Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong information, such as email address or postal address. If possible, we will redirect postage to the correct address at no additional cost.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal.
PHYSICAL PRINTS
What sizes do you print posters?
We currently offer four sizes for our printed posters: 12 x 16in / 30 x 40cm, 18 x 24in / 45 x 60cm, 24 x 32in / 60 x 80cm and 30 x 40in / 75 x 100cm.
What type of paper is used?
Our motifs are printed on heavy-weight, 200gsm premium cardstock with a matte finish. All posters are printed to the edge unless you specify that you would like a border. Frames are not provided.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are custom-printed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 3-8 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as at Customs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are tracked. You will receive an email from the courier containing the tracking details when your order is dispatched.
How are the prints packaged?
Our posters are securely packaged and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Smaller prints are sent in a protective cardboard packet.
Where do you deliver?
We ship our posters worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a worldwide flat delivery fee of €8.
Who will deliver my order?
We use a variety of local shipping partners, depending on where you are located. You will receive an email from the courier containing all the shipping information when your order is dispatched.
What if my print is damaged?
We will replace or refund any print that is defective or damaged. We also offer a 14 day refund, excluding shipping costs, if you change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will find a solution. Returns must be send back to Ireland. Please see our Refund & Returns policy.
Do you provide framing?
We don't currently offer a framing service.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
How do I access my digital download?
When you buy a digital download, we send you an email with a link containing instructions about how to download your print.
What will I receive?
You will receive a link to a 300 DPI printable image in a PDF or JPG file. Simply download and save the file.
What size can I print my digital download?
Unless specified otherwise, all motifs has been formatted to a 4:3 aspect ratio to enable printing in various common sizes (aspect ratio is the relationship between the width and height of an image). Your new wall art can be printed in the following sizes: 6 x 8in / 15 x 20cm, 9 x 12in / 22 x 30cm, 12 x 16in / 30 x 40cm, 15 x 20in / 38 x 50cm, 18 x 24in / 45 x 60cm, 24 x 32in / 60 x 80cm and 30 x 40in / 75 x 100cm.
Where can I print my digital download?
You can print your wall art at home, your local print shop, or via an online printing service.
Are there any limitations to how I can print my art?
No, all motifs can be printed on paper, canvas, wood, metal etc. For paper prints, we recommend using 200gsm cardstock in matte or semi-gloss finish. If printing at home, please ensure the printer's color correction is disabled and that it is set to print at 'original size.'
What if I didn’t receive an email?
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that you have provided us with the correct email address. Occasionally, emails may be diverted to your spam or junk mail folders.
I'm having trouble downloading or printing my art. What can I do?
If you experience any difficulty downloading or printing your poster, please get in touch so we can assist you.
Can I print my art more than once?
You can print your artwork as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use.
Are the prints copyrighted?
All prints are copyrighted and cannot be used commercially in any way.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We will replace or refund any print that is defective. Due to the nature of digital prints, we do not offer refunds on digital products if you change your mind. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution. See our Refund & Returns policy.
